The Ripple Cut Story
This haircut was created in 1970. At that time all men wore their hair short. The men in LA didn’t like the curly look, they wanted the straight, soft wavy look. When I saw the wavy curly hair, I thought, how can I use this feature to make a haircut and just dry the hair so it comes out looking great?. Today, lots of men have just a short haircut. Thats not a hairstyle to me, its just a short haircut! I like to work with hair and make very nice styles. Thats why today, I brought back the Ripple Cut!!

If last haircut is good one,you don’t have to do too much to cut hair or haircut
she has good haircut,very precisely cut
I don’t need to do too much to her haircut ,specially she don’t like to cut hair short, so outline is limit to cut,
but when I check the her hair shape,
1) Her head shape occipital area is flat, need volume.
2) around ear area has too much hair
3) outline of face line is too thick
4) neck on the back area, her hair is flip, because length the hair, that good, but little bit thick hair
Her hair is thin and soft,she need volume the hair, top is too long and need stroke cut to give short hair to inside of the hair

Everyone knows the one length haircut. But, when I see this cut, I rarely see a beautiful one. It took me a long time to learn how to make a perfect one length haircut
the back of the neckline
always ends up longer than the side of the head. When you recut the back of the
hair, it ends up shorter than what the client wants.
I found what was causing
the trouble, my standing position, finger position, and eye level. The position
of the eye is too high, the position of the body is incorrect and the position
of the finger is not right.
After practicing, I do the
preliminary cut in about 5 to 10 minutes, but checking the cut takes twice as
long.
When I teach the other
hair stylists the cut looks straight, but it’s not clean.
Within the straight line,
small sections are cut straight, but the entire line is not cut straight.
If I’m not careful, I make
the same mistakes. So, even I continue to practice.

Every day you don’t necessarily to do that, just wash in the morning and dry the root of the hair,or towel dry, then you can go out .
